Its high quality comes from the peculiar processing of the highest quality organic olives from our territory. This oil is made using only Casaliva quality olives, which are harvested slightly ahead of their ripening time to obtain oils containing more natural antioxidants. It is fresh and delicate on the palate with fruity and slightly bitter notes. Designed to be paired mainly with fish and shellfish dishes, but also with salads and soups.
