Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The “Roccolo del Lago” extra virgin olive oil is obtained by the cold extraction method, using organic olives farmed in our Lazise estate. It boasts a golden yellow colour with green reflections, and various fruity, citrus notes to the nose, with aromatic hints, while it is strong and smooth on the palate. This oil is particularly suited to be savoured raw and to enhance the taste of all dishes. It is perfect with steam-cooked beans, delicious first courses, grilled vegetables as well as grilled or thinly sliced raw meat. It can also be combined with fresh vegetable dips and fish dishes.
