REGION Lake Garda, Veneto. GRAPES 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana), from best situated sunny vineyards facing Lake Garda, around Peschiera, Sirmione, Desenzano. VINIFICATION Hand selected fresh grapes harvested in September. Soft pressing, short maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation in white at controlled temperature. TASTING NOTES Light straw color with elegant golden reflections. Delicate floral bouquet with fruity notes. Dry taste, fresh, velvety, with right acidity. ANALYSIS Alcohol 13% Vol; Total acidity 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 6 g/l. FOOD PAIRINGS Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, hors d‘oeuvres, light meals and fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8 – 10 °C.
