Our new Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Macina was born from the desire to offer a superior quality oil, rich in fundamental elements that combine taste, very balanced thanks to an acidity of 0.2%, and healthiness. The extremely rich content of polyphenols (over 400 mg/kg), an element with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular-protective properties, contributes positively to consumer health, as certified by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

This extraordinary mix of taste and health is obtained thanks to our own olives of the Casaliva, Grignano and Frantoio varieties, all strictly certified organic.
