Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. In March, ri-fermentation in “Autoclave” following the Charmat method.
tasting notes
Light pink colour. Fruity, fresh, young and delicate bouquet. Very elegant, natural sparkling wine.
food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers and seafood. Drink while still young. Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
