VINEYARD
Selection from 13 hectares of vineyards located in Mortegliano in Friuli. Soil of alluvial origin fairly rich in skeleton with north-south exposure. Certified organic farming, with full respect for the land and surrounding environment. Vineyards equipped with underground drip micro-irrigation.
GRAPES
Pinot Grigio, cultivated by free spurred cordon with a planting intensity of 4000 vines/ha and a maximum yield of 3.5 kg per vine.
VINIFICATION
Night-time grape harvest with grape harvester. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif, with hors d’oeuvres, light and fish dishes. To be drunk within two years of harvest. Serve chilled at 8-9 °C.
