It’s a time of hard work but also of great satisfaction. Our grape harvest begins with a meticulous selection of grapes, a careful ritual to ensure that only the best reach our bottles. Each label bearing the name Roccolo del Lago tells a story of deep commitment to quality.
Harvesting the grapes
This year, as tradition dictates, we started with the harvest of white grapes. Then, following the natural rhythm, we will move on to the red grapes to craft our rosé wines, including Chiaretto di Bardolino, in both its still and sparkling versions, featuring the delicate bubbles of our Roccolè. Finally, as the perfect ripening occurs, we will harvest the red grapes that bring forth ruby-colored emotions.
