The production process of our Balsamic Condiment with Corvina Grapes consists of processing the wine in vinegar-makers using the traditional system of slow fermentation on the stalks or bundles of vine pruning; this system enables us to obtain products with superior organoleptic qualities. Wine from Corvina grapes is added to the vinegar, after which it is aged in fine wooden barrels.

The Balsamico dressing with Corvina Grapes is a perfect balance between the sweetness of cooked must and the fresh, acidic scent of wine vinegar. The presence of Corvina wine, with its dry and decisive bouquet, increases the complexity on the nose and palate, creating a perfect combination of flavours. Perfect with the whole meal, from vegetable and cheese hors d’oeuvres and first courses to fruit and desserts.
